3 weeks before the Valentine Dance 1999........

Liz: (sitting on her bed chewing her bottom lip, pondering) Ok, I can do this...I can do this....He hasn't said anything about having a date to the dance.....I mean we do stuff together all the time, right? It's no big deal....He won't think anything of it if I ask him...WHEN I ask him....

(Lucky knocking on the window, Liz turns around, sees him, opens the window.)
Lucky: ( getting in the room) Hey, what's the matter? You look like you are about to go defuse a bomb or something.
Liz: What? Oh.....um....(a little flustered) I was....I was just trying to figure out what's for dinner....Gram's not going to be home this evening....
(Liz walks over to her desk, secretly murmuring to herself)
Lucky: Well, you are in luck. I don't have to go home for dinner tonite. You want company? I can help you figure out what's for dinner.
Liz: Oh, that would be great.....( she walks over and sits down on her bed) So, what's going on?
Lucky: Not much, got all the homework done....( seems a little nervous) What about you? Home work all done?
Liz: Oh, yeh, all done....there wasn't that much of it.
( both silent for a moment)
Liz & Lucky: So what......
(both laugh a little)
Lucky: What were you saying?
Liz: Oh, um, nothing really...what were you saying?
Lucky: Um, well, I was just wondering if you already had plan for the dance? I mean, I wasn't plan on going, but if you want to.......
Liz: Oh, yeh, the dance, I almost forgot about that......well, if you want to.......
Lucky: yeh, I thought maybe if you haven't plan anything that day, maybe we can go check it out together......it's supposed to be better then last ye......(stops and looks at Liz) oh, god, how insensitive of me!
Liz: (Looks at Lucky in the eye) Oh, no, don't worrry, I am ok. I would love to go check it out since I missed out last year. ( wait a beat) Hey, it's ok, really, I am ok. I am going to put it behind me and get on with my life, remember?
Lucky: Yeh....still, I should have been more sensitve about it.....(scratches his head)
Liz:Oh, come on, you didn't do anything wrong or insensitve.....we are way past this now, Lucky. You don't have to worry about that.
Lucky: Ok,.....so, you really wanna go? I mean it doesn't have to be a date or anything, we can just go and...you know, hang out, like we always do.
Liz: Ok, yeh, except,...um, I think I am going to dress for the occasion a bit. You don't mind do you? I mean, Sarah left me a few dresses when she moved to Europe with my parents, and I havne't had any chance to wear any of them.....
Lucky: Oh, yeh, that's cool. I mean, why not. I don't get to dress up too much either, this could be fun. (Looking at Liz) Only if you want to though. You know you are beautiful just the way you are?
Liz: (blushed a little) Oh, um, thanks.....you are not so bad yourself.....
Lucky: ( a little shy) um, thanks...I guess we should save these compliments for the night of the dance, shouldn't we...(laughs a little)
Liz: (Laughs) Yah, really!
(both looking at the floor)
Lucky: So, what's your pleasure this evening? What do you feel like for dinner?
Liz: Well, let's go find out what's all in the kitchen.
( Lucky walks out the door first, smiling to himself, Liz behind him, closes her eyes mouthing "thank you" )

chapter 2

The day of the Valentine Dance 1999, at the Spencer house.....

( Lucky comes down stairs in a nice white shirt all with black dress pants and black matching jacket; Laura, Lulu, and Nik are in the living room talking and playing. )
Laura: (Looks up, sees Lucky, smiles) Oh, Lucky, you look wonderful!
Lucky: Thank you.....Nicklas....I didn't know you are here.
Nik: (nods to Lucky) You look great.
Lucky: Thank you, we have this Valentine Dance at school.....(turns to Laura) Mom, you don't mind if I take the car for tonite, do you?
Laura: No, not at all. You are going to Elizabeth's now?
Lucky: ( walking towards the door) yeh, I am going over to her house to pick her up.
Laura: All right, have fun, honey.
Nik: Um, Lucky! ( Walks over to the door by Lucky) You are welcome to use the Jag if you like. I can stay in the guest room tonite, so you won't have to hurry or anything. (takes out the car key)
Lucky: Why would I want to do that?
Nik: Well, since you guys are gonna be all dressed up I take it this is special occasion, I thought it might be nice to use the Jag. Girls like that, don't they?
Lucky: (thinks for a second) Well, Liz wouldn't care what car we drive. But---I am trying to do everything in my power so that tonite can be perfect for her since.....last year I let her down....(Looks at Nik) but why do you care?
Nik: Lucky, we agree that while we don't have to treat each other like brothers we can be friendly to each other. That's all I am trying to do.
Lucky: (Looks into Nik's eyes for a moment) All right. I will then. And don't worry, I will be careful with it.
Nik: I wouldn't have offered if I didn't trust you with it.
Lucky: (accepts the car key from Nik) Thank you.
(Lucky walks out the door. Nik walks back to where Laura and Lulu are. )
Laura: (puts her hands on Nik's arm) That was really nice of you.
NIk: ( nods, looks at the door) We are both trying.

A little later, at the Hardy House.....

( Sound of the door knock, Audrey walks over and opens the door)
Audrey: Oh, Lucky, you are here. I'll go tell Elizabeth. Come in.
Lucky: (comes in the door) Thank You......(Looks up at the stairs, freezes)
Liz: ( a little shy. she is wearing a deep lavender dress with spaghetti straps, her hair up, with a little curls down by her ears) Hi, Lucky. I ....saw the car pulled up...
Lucky: ( eyes fixes on Liz) Hi......(walks over to the stairs) You look......amazing.....
Liz: (smiles) Thanks....You look great yourself........um.....(looks at the flowers in Lucky's hands) Are those for me?
Lucky: ( as if startled, swallows hard) Oh, yes, they are......I am sorry.....(hands the flowers to Liz) I thought maybe some yellow roses might make this a perfect beginning of a wonderful evening ahead.
Liz: ( accepts the flowers, smells them) Oh, these are beautiful.....thank you.....
Audrey: ( walks over to Liz and Lucky) Oh, they certainly are! Here, let me take them. You two probably want to get going. ( leans over kisses Liz on the cheek) Have a wonderful evening, dear. ( takes the flowers from Liz)
Lucky: (stretches out his elbow) Shall we?
(Liz puts her arm in Lucky's ,both smiling. They walk out the door with Audrey watching them, smiling as well.)

AT the dance..................
Lucky: Here. (he hands Liz a drink)
Liz: (takes the drink) Thank you.
Lucky: Looks like a lot of people are here. This is quite a turn out.
Liz: Yeh...a lot of people. ( she looks around, a little nervous)
Lucky: ( stares at Liz) You look beautiful tonight. I forgot to breathe when I saw you on the stairs.
Liz: ( chews on her lips, smiles shyly) Thank you.....You don't have to say that...
Lucky: ( still looks at Liz) No, I mean it. I really mean it. I have never ever seen a more beautiful vision then that.....
Liz: ( smiles) Well, I was......I almost couldn't speak when I saw you. You look so....(looks at Lucky) handsom......
Lucky: (smiles at Liz) Thank you.
( They look at each other for a moment, the time seems to stop. A slow song starts playing. Lucky turns to look at the dance floor.)
Lucky: ( tuns back to Liz, holds out his hand) May I?
( Liz looks at Lucky, puts her hand in his, they walk to the dance floor. They stand for a second, turn to face each other, Lucky puts one hand on Liz's back, Liz puts one hand on Lucky's shoulder, they both lift the other hand, slowly, lifting them up, their fingers touch, and slowly, laces together. They both close their eyes at the same time, takes a deep breath, slowly, starts to dance, closer, and closer, the song "falling into you" drifting in the room.....

Lucky and Liz holding each other close, still cheek to cheek even when the song stops........They finally opens their eyes, their eyes meet..........leaning into each other.....All of a sudden, a fast song came on, people bumbing into them, they startle, leaving the dance floor, both breathing deeply, trembling......)

Later that night, at the docks............

( Lucky and Liz standing together, looking up the stars above. Lucky looks over to Liz, sees that she has her arms around herslef, takes off his jacket, puts it around Liz. Liz Looks at him, smiles.....)
Liz: Thanks......Lucky, this has been the best night of my life.
Lucky: I am glad to hear that. I wanted this to be perfect.
Liz: Oh, Lucky, it is perfect......(hesitates for a moment) Every moment we spent together has been perfect. You have been everything anyone could ask for in .....a friend.......
Lucky: (Looking right into Liz's eyes) Elizabeth.....do you want to talk about what happened tonight?
Liz: You mean what almost happened.....at the dance? (She lowers her eyelids)
Lucky: Yes....I tried to talk to you but you said you needed to go to the ladies room, and then you said that it was getting too crowded......If you don't want to talk about it, we won't.
Liz: (silent for a moment) Lucky.....I have wondered many times that....(Looking up at Lucky) that maybe spending so much time with me has kept you from other things. Things that you want to do, maybe with someone other then me? I mean....(she looks away) You are a teenager, and teenagers have different friends.....they have dates....girlfriends.....I would really hate it if I am keeping from all those things.
Lucky: What are you talking about , Elizabeth? (He looks at her even though she is avoiding his eyes) Elizabeth, look at me. Please? (Liz finally turns to look at him) I can't think of anyone else I would rather spend my time with other than you. You know that, don't you? I wouldn't be here if I didn't want to be here. You should know that about me by now. (stops for a moment) AND I wouldn't start to kiss anyone if I didn't want to.
Liz: You did once...because I asked you....remember?
Lucky: And I told you it wasn't just because you asked me to, I told you that I had wanted to kiss you a hundred times, remember?(Stops, hesitate for a moment) And that statement is still true to this day.
Liz: (puts her hands over her mouth) Lucky......what are you trying to say?
Lucky: I am trying to say that I don't want to be with anyone else. I am trying to say that....that I don't want to go on any dates or have any girlfriend......Just you. (takes a breath, looking into Liz's eyes)I am trying to say that you are the only one for me, Elizabeth. I didn't want to tell you anything because I didn't want to scare you. But I am not going to let you think that you are keeping me from having girlfriends. I am keeping myself from having girlfriends. I am waiting for you to be ready.
Liz: (tears in her eyes) Oh, god, Lucky.......I can't believe I am hearing you say this...I can't believe it......I was afraid that I am just a friend to you....and that I don't deserve to dream that there would be something more......
Lucky: (Holding on to Liz'a shoulders, looking at her) Elizabeth, you are in my soul. There can be noone else.
Liz: Lucky...You ARE my soul......I can't imagine what would have happened if you are not in my life. I was so scared when I started to realize that you are more then a shoulder to cry on, that I wouldn't be able to handle it if you were with anyone else....that....I can still feel wanting to be close to someone after everything.....I was scared....Lucky.
Lucky: (Pulling her in, holding on to her tightly) I Know, I know, Elizabeth....(tears down both of their cheeks)
Liz: Lucky........Kis...
(her words were cut off by Lucky. he takes her face in his hands, leaned down, their eyes meet, their lips bruched lightly together, Liz rests her hands on Lucky's chest, Lucky hesitates for a second, Liz wraps her hands around Lucky's neck,They both close their eyes, embraced in the kiss so deeply, they held on for dear life...........)

chapter 4

At the docks.......

( Lucky and Liz stay in each other's arms for a long time, the kiss had left both of them shaken, trembling, neither want to break off the embrace, or the sound of their heart beating together.)

Liz: ( still in Lucky's arms) Pinch me.
Lucky: ( a little dazed ) Wha.....What?
Liz: Pinch me so I'll know if this is just my imagination.....wait! If it is just my imagination, then don't pinch me......
Lucky: ( chuckles lightly) I know what you mean. I didn't think this was going to happen, and now......( finally pulls away so he can look at Liz) I was wrong earlier tonight.....
Liz: ( starts to panic ) Oh, God! I was right! This was not what you wanted......
Lucky: ( Pulls her back as she starts to turn away ) Elizabeth...ELIZABETH!! ( She looks at him ) I was wrong earlier when I said that the vision of you coming down that stairs was the most beautiful one I have ever seen. This...( strokes her cheek with one hand ) is......( Looks at her tenderly, lightly kisses her on the lips)
Liz: ( smiles ) Lucky......this is the most perfect night of my life.....I will never forget this......( suddenly thought of something ) Oh, Lucky! You know what this means? Now Valentine's day would never just be the day that I was raped! I will be thinking of this night when I think of Valentine's Day for the rest of my life! I have a different memory of this day now.........
Lucky: I am sorry I can't make that night completely go away.....I would if I have the power.....
Liz: ( puts her hands on Lucky's mouth ) Lucky, nobody can. ( smiles ) But I am ok with that now. I am really getting my life back, it feels good to know that I had came back from that dark place, and had become stronger.....Murty has no hold on me now. I am not letting him affect my life like he did those months.....And it's all because of you.
Lucky: Elizabeth, it's you. You came back from that dark place on your own, I was just there waiting.
Liz: Lucky, you were holding the candle so I can see that there is a better...much better place than that dark corner.
Lucky: ( Holds her hands) And I am so glad that you are here....We are here.....
Liz: ( Looks around the dock) This place has so much of our memory for the past year......what would we have done without that bench? ( laughs lightly )
Lucky: ( laughs ) This has certainly been our place....remember the box car?
Liz: Remember?! How could I forget it! I slaved for you so you could have some nice furnitures and a TV!
Lucky: ( Laughingly ) Oh, don't forget the kitchen! A lot of gourmet came out of that!!
Liz: Oh, yeh, like your famous peanut butter banana sandwiches!
Lucky: Hey, those were world class sandwiches!
Liz: ( laughs ) Ok, ok, I know, I know......
Lucky: ( looking serious all of a sudden ) I never thanked you for getting me out of that box car. You helped me see that my parents weren't the horrible people that I thought they were. That they had gone through fire to get to where they were, loving each other against all odds. Most importantly, they had loved me unconditionally....it was something I had to learn to do, and I didn't want to. You made me see that.
Liz: Well, I just didn't want you to lose your family. And I didn't want to see you in pain.....there was so much of that around both of us.......
Lucky: ( smiling ) But that's all gonna change from now on....( pulls her closer ) because we are here now.....( they kiss...then lost each other in the other's arms )
Man's voice: Ok, I really hate to break up this beautiful moment, but it doesn't seem like you guys are going to break up soon if noone interferes, and I am getting tired and a little Embarrassed...( a man walks out of a dark corner a few feet away behind Liz, he is about 19 or 20 years old, 6 feet tall, brown hair, brown eyes )
Lucky: ( holds on to Liz's hand and pull her by his side ) Who are you? What are you doing here??
Man: Last time I check this was a public place, anyone.....( shifts his gaze on Liz, his eyes get big ) SABRINA!!!!
( The man starts to walk towards Liz, Lucky pushes Liz back and stands in front of her, the man keeps stare at Liz, Liz peeks out from behind Lucky's back, all three of them are not moving. )

Same time at the docks...................

( The man stares at Liz, Lucky stands in front of Liz facing the man, Liz peeks out from behind Lucky, noone moves.)
Lucky: What do you think you are doing? Her name is not Sabrina. And you stay where you are, if you take one more step near her, don't blame me for what happens next.
Man:( still does not move, stares at Liz, finally shifts his gaze back on Lucky) Quite a protector aren't you? ( shifts his gaze back on Liz ) don't worry, I am not going to do anything. You look like someone I knew......that's all...
Lucky: Well, she is not her. Now I am gonna have to ask you again: what were you doing hiding and spying on us?
Man: ( still keeps his gaze on Liz) I hate to tell you, as sweet as those kisses and hugs were, I have had my own share of moments under the stars, I am not interested in spying on anyone for that. (looks at Lucky, but his eyes keeps going back to Liz) But if you must know, I was here before you, I just didn't get a chance to get out of the way before you two love birds get started, plus....(grins) if I had showed myself when you got here, it would have ruined the mood wouldn't it?
Liz: Lucky.......
Man: Lucky? ( looks at Lucky, laughs ) well, you are that. ( Looks back at Liz ) And you are definetely not who I thought you were. Sabrina was taller, blonder.....( starts to walk away ) and much more beautiful.....
Lucky: I think you owe the lady an apology. That was very rude.
Man: (stops walking, silent for a moment) I guess I do. ( turns to look at Liz ) sorry about that, lady.
Liz:( Looks at the man) That's....all right.
Man: No, it wasn't. I was rude to have said that, and I apologize for that.
Liz: Apology accepted.
Lucky: If you are ever rude to her again, you will have me to deal with.
Man: I won't, ( shifts his gaze to Lucky ) But it's not because of you. (he walks away)
Lucky: ( watches the man walking away, turns to Liz) You ok?
Liz: yeah, I am all right....who was that?
Lucky: I have never seen him before, certainly not around here. If he is ever rude to you again, you let me know.
LIz: I don't think you will have to worry about that....I don't think he will be.....
Lucky: what makes you so sure?
Liz: I don't know....but....who ever he thought I was must have been someone very important to him....he looked.....so sad when he was staring at me.....
Lucky: ( smils at Liz affectionately ) you are a softie aren't you?
Liz: ( smiles, a little embarrased) Well, it's just that...he had a very painful look in his eyes like....like....when I think of the possibility of you with someone else....
Lucky: You won't ever have to worry about that, Elizabeth. ( puts his arms around her waist ) Not ever. I am yours to keep.
Liz: ( looks up at Lucky, smiles ) And I am yours.
( they kiss.........without knowing that the man was watching them from afar......)

A few days later, at Ruby's.....
( Liz wipes a table, the door opens, the man that was at the docks walks in, Liz looks up, sees him, stops wiping. )
Man: (walks over to a table near by Liz, sits down) Is this the kind of service I am to expect here? Being stared like I am an endangered species?
Liz: ( lifts her brows ) May I help you?
Man: I would certainly hope so. Can I get some coffee?
LIz: Of course. Be right back....sir.
Man: The name is Nolan. Nolan O' Connor. Nobody calls me sir before I am 70.
Liz:( walks over to the counter, brings back the coffee) Here you are....Mr. O'Conner. ( pours the coffee in the cup on the table ) You need cream with that?
Nolan:( looks up at Liz) No.( waits a beat ) And what would your name be?
Liz: Do you always ask for your waitress' names?
Nolan: ( Grins ) How else would I ask for my favorite waitress when I come back?
Liz: I am the only waitress here besides the owner, so you don't have much of a choice. ( silent for a second) But the name, is Elizabeth. Elizabeth Webber.
Nolan: Well, then, Elizabeth, nice to see you again.
Liz: Can I get you anything else?
Nolan: No, thanks. Just the coffee. ( picks up the cup and takes a drink while his eyes stay on Liz)
( Liz walks behind the counter, starts to clean up, looks up from time to time, finds Nolan staring at her, keeps cleaning )
Liz: ( finally puts down the towel ) Could you please stop staring at me? I am not an endangered species either.
Nolan: I am sorry....I guess you look more like Sabrina then I decided the other night.
Liz: ( Picks the towel back up) Boy, I would love to meet her and see what all this fuss is all about.
Nolan: ( turns his gaze away ) I would love to see her again too, but .......unless I decide to abandon the living world or someone decides it for me, it would be hard.
Liz: ( stops cleaning again ) I....I am sorry, I didn't know.....I am really sorry.
Nolan: ( picks up the coffee cup, drinks, puts it down ) Don't worry about it. You couldn't have known.
Liz: Still....I am sorry, ( silent for a moment) She was very important to me, wasn't she?
Nolan: ( looks at Liz for a moment, turns away ) She was my life. She was everything that mattered to me.
Liz: I am so sorry....it must have been devastating.....I.....( stops talking)
Nolan: ( turns to look at Liz) Yes, she was everything to me, and I killed her.
LIz: ( takes in a sharp breath ) What?
Nolan: ( Turns away ) That's right, I killed her. I was the one that took her on that bike, and I was the one that killed her.....and I was the one that dare lived!
Liz: ( puts her hands over her mouth, wispers ) Oh, my god.....
( Lucky opens the door, walks in the door, smiles at Liz first, sees Nolan, Lucky's face turns grim )
Lucky: What are you doing here? I told you not to bother her!
Nolan: ( looks at Lucky ) Why is it that everytime I see you I have to remind you that we are in a public place which means anyone can be here, including me.
Lucky: And I am sure you are just here to get a cup of coffee! ( starts toward Nolan )
Liz: ( rushes out from behind the counter ) It's ok, Lucky! He is just here for a cup of coffee, he's not doing anything to bother me.
Lucky: ( stops ) Are you sure?
Liz: Yes, I am sure. It's all right.
Nolan: ( stands up, takes out a $bill, puts it on the table ) Thank you for the wonderful service, I think I will be going now. ( walks to the door, opens it, turns around to look at Liz ) See you around, Elizabeth. ( walks out )
Lucky: ( turns to look at Liz ) How does he know your name?
Liz: I told him. After he told me his.
Lucky: ( lifts his brows ) And what would that be?
Liz: Nolan O'Conner. ( waits a beat ) Lucky, remember that night at the docks I said that he looked sad?
Lucky: What about it?
Liz: I just found out why he looked so sad. The girl that he thought I looked like? Apparently, she was the most important person to him, and I think they had an accident when they were on a motorcycle......she died. And he is blaming himself for killing her.
Lucky: He told you all these?
Liz: Not in so many words...but enough for me to figure that much out.
Lucky: Elizabeth, you know he could have made that up, right?
Liz: I don't think so, Lucky. I have been through the pain of losing something important to me....he was not faking it. I think you would have seen it too if you were here, you have been through that same pain as well.
Lucky: ( silent for a moment ) I guess so. But, remember, if he keeps bothering you, I don't care what pain he is going through, you have to let me know, all right?
Liz: ( Looks up at Lucky, smiles ) Who else would I tell it to? ( smile fades ) Lucky, all these has made me think about what would happen if something like that happens to us....I don't think I would be able to live through that!
Lucky: ( embraces Liz) It won't happen. I will make sure of it.
Liz: ( enjoying being in Lucky's arms ) You know, it's amzing how much has changed.....I didn't want anyone including you to be near any where near 20 inches of me, and now...... ( Looks up at Lucky, smiles ) now the place I love the most is right here....I can't get close to you enough.....
Lucky: ( smiles ) Well, glad to hear that......because I certainly have wanted to do this all day......( leans down, kisses Liz deeply)
Liz: ( a little breathless ) I think I believe you.....
( outside of Ruby's, Nolan watches Lucky and Liz kiss, smile at each other, joke around, he takes a pictures out of his pocket, looks at it painfully, looks back at Lucky and Liz, close up of the picture in his hand shows a girl about his age, looks exactly like Liz, except with blond hair, inside of Ruby's Lucky and Liz clean up together, smile at each other...........)

Nolan: You really shouldn't be out here by yourself. ( He is leaning against a tree )
Liz: ( Jumps, turns, and sees Nolan ) Oh, God! You scared me! ( calms down ) I won't be alone too long, Lucky's coming in a minute. What are you doing here?
Nolan: (grins ) You are starting to sound like Lucky.
Liz: Look, you better leave for your own sake, Lucky wouldn't like it if he sees you here. He's ganna think that you are following me everywhere or something.
Nolan: ( Grins ) And what if I am following you around?
Liz: ( eyes get big ) You are not!! ( backs off a bit ) I know I look like your Sabrina, but I am not her, I hope you are not really following me around....
Nolan: ( laughs ) God, you are so easy! Don't worry, I have much better things to do then following a scrawny teenager around, I just happen to like this spot....( grins ) I guess you could say that fate brought us together.
Liz: And fate is telling you to leave now if you are smart.
Nolan: Well, I think I can just keep your company till your little sweetheart gets here. ( Sits down ) So, school's out isn't it?
Liz: ( moves away from Nolan ) I am not good at making small talks with strangers, I would really rather for you to leave.
Nolan: And leave you along here? That's not the way to treat a lady. ( Looks at Liz, realize that she is very uncomfortable ) Are you afraid of me?
Liz: ( her face pales, she gets up ) I think I am going to go find Lucky.....
Nolan: ( grabs Liz's hand ) Wait.......
Liz: ( starts to panic ) Please....don't....
Nolan: ( loosen his grip a little, stares at Liz ) Why are you so afraid of me.......( sees tears in Liz's eyes, he lets go of her hand ) hey, calm down, Ok? I am not going to hurt you......I am sorry if I scared you........
Liz: ( calms down some, fights away the tears ) It's all right....I am just a little jumpy....
Nolan: ( stares at Liz) Someone hurt you before.....( jumps up ) Is it Lucky? Is he hurting you?
Liz: ( shakes her head, looks at Nolan as if he is crazy ) NO! Lucky would never hurt me. He has been the only one I can count on through all of......( stops abruptly )
Nolan: Through all of what? What happened to you to make you this jumpy?
Liz: I don't think it's any of your business.
Nolan: ( watches Liz for a moment ) You are right, it's none of my business. But I want to know why Lucky let you come out here all by yourself if he knows.....
Lucky: I will never do that again now that I know you are folllowing her around. ( chilling look towards Nolan )
Liz: Lucky! ( goes over to Lucky )
Lucky: ( puts his arms around Liz ) I am sorry I am late......( turns to look at Nolan ) How many times does this make? I think your warnings have just ran out.
Nolan: I think you better concentrate on her than worrying about me. I am not the one leaving her alone knowing she doesn't like it.
Liz: ( before Lucky could say anything ) You have no right to say that to him. I am a big girl, I don't need him with me 24 hours a day.
Nolan: Well, that's not the impression I got earlier.
Lucky: What impression? ( turns to Liz ) Did he try anything on you? ( Turns to Nolan ) What did you do?
Liz: Lucky, he didn't try anything on me, he was just....trying to keep me company till you get here.
Nolan: And I guess that's my cue to exit. ( starts to leave, stops, looks at Lucky ) I hope you won't leave her out here by herself again. ( leaves )
Lucky: ( starts to go after Nolan ) You....
Liz: ( Pulls on Lucky's sleeve ) Lucky, let him go, he didn't do anything. I was....I was a little jumpy.
Lucky: ( turns to Liz, embraces her ) I am sorry.....I had to watch Lulu a little longer than I thought.....( Lifts Liz's face up ) Are you all right?
Liz: I am all right. I think he was just trying to be nice...like he said, keeping me company till you get here, I was just......
Lucky: Trying to be nice!! The hell he is! He is following you around! How else would he be popping up everywhere you are!! And why are you protecting him?
Liz: ( a little hurt ) I am not protecting him! He was trying to be nice....and we don't know that he is following me, it could just be a coincidence....
Lucky: Elizabeth, this was no coincidence. What would he be doing hanging around here if he was not following you?
Liz: I don't know....Lucky, are we going to fight over this? He is not worth fighting for...
Lucky: ( sighs ) No, we are not, I am sorry, it's just ..... I am sorry I was so late.....but please don't try to tell me that he was trying to be nice.....there is no question that he is following you because you look like his girlfriend!
Liz: ( sighs ) Lucky, I can't help feeling sorry for him.....I think, maybe he just wants to be friends....maybe he thinks it would ease his pain.....
Lucky: Elizabeth, you are not seriously thinking about being friends with him, are you?
Liz: I don't know....maybe we can both be friends with him.....
Lucky: Are you out of your mind? He's practically stalking you!
Liz: Even if he is following me around, I don't think he would do anything to hurt me. He was about to go beat you up when he thought that you were the one that hurt me.......( looks at Lucky ) let's not talk about him any more.....I missed you.....( Kisses Lucky )
Lucky: ( kisses Liz back ) Oh, tell me about it! I thought mom would never get home!
( They kiss, get out the picnic together, talk, laugh, enjoy being in each other's arms )

Later at the Spencer house.......
( Lucky in his room, looks up the ceiling pondering, someone knocks on the door, Laura comes in )
Laura: ( smiles ) Good night, honey....( looks at Lucky ) Is there something wrong?
Lucky: Um....no....( waits a beat, sits up ) actually, yeah....can I ask you something?
Laura: ( comes in the door ) Of course. What is bothering you? Is it Eliazbeth? Did you guys had a fight?
Lucky: No, no, nothing like that.....it's just....Elizabeth is to soft-hearted....I am worried that she will get hurt.....See, there's this guy, Nolan O'Connor is his name. He has been following Liz around because he seems to think that Elizabeth looks like his girlfriend who died in a motorcycle accident....I am worrying about her, and today she actually said that maybe we should both be friends with this guy....to help him ease his pain.....I just don't think it's a good idea....
Laura: I see.... ( thinks for a second ) Lucky, if she really wants to befriends this Nolan guy, I don't think you can stop her....even if you can, you probably shouldn't anyway. She does have a soft heart.....and it is very easy to feel sorry for someone that is in pain over a loss like that.....I don't know what I can tell you that would help except that you have to remember that you need to let her make her own decisions. And be there for her. ( puts her hand on Lucky's ) Trust her. Trust her choice. If she thinks this guy is ok to be friends with, she has her reasons...after all, she does have very good taste in friends... don't you think? ( smiles at Lucky )
Lucky: ( smiles ) I guess so....Thanks, mom.
Laura:( smiles ) No problem... ( gets up ) Good night....don't worry, it'll be all right. (leaves )
Lucky: Good night.....( lays back down with his arms behind him ) Trust her choice.....I suppose that's what I should do.....

AT the Hardy house.............

( Liz walks out the front door to look up at the sky, takes in a deep breath, she walks toward the bush, hears a sound, jumps...)
Liz: ( a little unsure ) Kitty? Is that you?
( Someone gets up from the ground, turns to face Liz, close up of his face shows tears half-dried, it's Nolan, he sees Liz, stares at her, walks over, holds her in his arms, Liz does not know what to do, she freezes.........)

Same time at the Hardy house

( Nolan holds Liz in his arms, Liz does not know what to do, she freezes, Nolan does not say a word, does not move, just holds Liz, he finally lets go of Liz.......)
Nolan: ( turns away from Liz ) I think I am going out of my mind.....I am sorry, I don't know what I was doing here. ( turns to face Liz ) I am sorry if I scared you...again....
Liz: ( stares at Nolan for a moment ) You are following me aren't you?
Nolan: ( Looks up the sky ) I guess there is no point denying that now...yes, I have been following you..( looks at Liz ) But please believe me, I don't mean any harm. I just.....( turns away ) I just want to see you and know that you are safe. That probably sounds weird to you...I am sorry, I am going now.
Liz: Wait.....( looks at Nolan with sympathetic eyes ) It's because I look like Sabrina, isn't it?
Nolan: ( silent, finally sighs ) I suppose that is pretty obvious too, huh?
Liz: yeah....do you...do you want to talk about it?
Nolan: ( looks at Liz surprisingly ) With you? Why aren't you kicking me out of here, or....even calling the police? Why??
Liz: ( chews on her bottom lip ) I don't know...I guess I believe you when you said that you don't mean any harm.
Nolan: You certainly are trusting....
Liz: ( smiles a little ) Not always...and not at all for a long time. If it weren't for Lucky...( stops ) so, would you like to talk about her? Maybe that would help you ease all these pain...
Nolan: Pain? I deserve to die! I killed her!
Liz: It was an accident...you can't blame yourself for that.
Nolan: Why not? It is my fault!! I should have gone back home to get the second helmet!! I shouldn't have let her on that bike without it!! I killed her!
Liz: You didn't know! You didn't force her on that bike, did you? It wasn't your fault.
Nolan: It doesn't matter!! I shouldn't have let her on! I should have made her wear my helmet! Then she would be alive now! But no....( tears in his eyes ) I had to let her on that bike because she said she wanted to feel the wind in her hair.....she had the most beautiful golden hair......( closes his eyes )
Liz: Nolan....it's not your fault...you have to stop blaming yourself and start to live again....she wouldn't want to see you like this....
Nolan: ( looks at Liz ) No....she wouldn't....she is...was....the most vibrant person I know. She takes life head on, with no fear....she thinks we are all going to die anyway, so we should make the best out of life while we can.....
Liz: She sounds wonderful....
Nolan: She was......( takes out a picture ) you said you wanted to meet her and see what is all the fuss about? Here, judge for yourself.
Liz:( takes the picture, looks at it, takes in a breath ) Oh, my god....no wonder you can't stop staring at me! I mean they say there are 2 other people in the world that look like you...but this is.....this is....
Nolan: I am really sorry if I scared you earlier.....I know you are not her. But I somehow feel better knowing that you are safe, alive, and.......
Liz: It's all right....but I really don't think you should be following me around any more...I don't like that...and Lucky would peel your skin for a belt if he finds out.
Nolan: ( laughs ) I imagine he would....he is very protective of you, isn't he?
Liz: ( smiles ) He is.....among other thing.
Nolan: ( silent for a moment ) You know, I haven't been able to talk to anyone about this since Sabrina.....( looks at Liz ) It felt right to talk to you about her.....I don't know why...well, I guess I do...but it's more than the fact that you look like her. It's that you seem to really understand it.
Liz: If you mean understand what it's like to lose something that is precious to you and you can never have it back....yes, I do. I had a lot of help to get me where I am today. Living, once again. ( stops for a beat ) And with a little help, you will be too.
Nolan: I would like to believe that...but....look at me! I am stalking a girl simply because she looks like Sabrina!
Liz: Well, like I said, that's gotta stop. But you are welcome to call, or visit as a friend if you want to.
Nolan: Are you sure you are not out of your mind?
Liz: Now you sound just like Lucky! No, I am not. I just want to help. Besides, it's better for me to know that you are not going to follow me around!
Nolan: What about Lucky? He is not eactly crazy about me.
Liz: And there is a possibility that he might never be. But he is a reasonable person....for the most part. And he is a lot of help for someone that is in pain---trust me, I know. I am going to talk to him. He will understand. He always does.
Nolan: It must be nice to trust someone so much...You really love him, don't you?
Liz: ( smiles ) Love is an understatement when it comes to describe how I feel about Lucky...
Nolan: ( smiles ) He is definitely " Lucky ". I guess he feels the same about you?
Liz: ( smiles ) Well, we have never actually said " I love you " to each other...but I know he feels the same.
Nolan: Never said " I love you "? What are you waiting for?
Liz: ( eyes get big, smiles ) You are right. What AM I waiting for? ( turns around, runs towards the house, remembers, turns around to yell at Nolan ) There is a dance at the docks tomorrow at 7, we'll be there. Join us if you like..good night, and....go home! ( runs into the house )
Right after Liz runs into the house......
( Liz picks up her phone, dials, Lucky's phone rings, he picks it up )
Lucky: Yes?
Liz: Lucky! It's me. ( a little breathless )
Lucky: ( sits up ) Elizabeth! What's the matter? You sound like you've been running...
Liz: I have......
Lucky: Dame it! I knew it! That creep! Where are you? I'll be right there!
Liz: I am at my house, Lucky......( dial tone from the phone ) Lucky? Lucky!

A little later at the Hardy house......
( Lucky knocks on Liz's window, Liz opens the window to let him in )
Lucky: ( holds Liz in his arms ) I am here, it's all right! ( pulls away a little to look at Liz) Are you ok? What happened? What did he do?
Liz: I am ok, Lucky, calm down....he didn't do anything..we talked it over....
Lucky:Talked it over?! What do you mean you talked it over? He was here?
Liz: Sort of...he was in front of the house.....
Lucky: What!! Where is he now! I am gonna go kill that.....
Liz: LUCKY! Would you listen to me!
Lucky: Elizabeth, I have to find him and make sure he stops this...
Liz:He is not going to follow me any more, Lucky. We talked... he told me about Sabrina, and I told him that he can't follow me anymore.
Lucky: He's not gonna listen to you....
Liz: Lucky, he's not gonna stalk me any more. I told him that he can call or visit as long as he lets me know...lets us know...
Lucky: WHAT! Are you out of your mind?
Liz: You two sound like a broken record...no, I am not out of my mind. I just want to be able to help him. And I need your help on that.
Lucky: Elizabeth, I can't even stand the sight of him...
Liz: That was because he was following me. That's gonna change now. Lucky, he needs someome. Someone who understands what he is going through. And we do. Can we just try to be friends with him? You don't have to like him right away, but help me help him.....I want to do this. I want to know that I can do this, I can help someone. I haven't been able to help anyone except myself, this will be a step in the right direction for me.
Lucky: Elizabeth, you've helped me plenty....( sighs ) but if you really, I mean, really want to do this crazy thing...I suppose I am going to be there.
Liz: ( smiles ) I knew you would. Even if it's just because you don't want me to be alone with him. We are going to do this together.
Lucky: ( Nods his head as if thinking " I am gonna regret this " ) So was that why you called me?
Liz:Part of it. I didn't mean for you to come over though.....( smiles ) but I am glad you did. I should say this to you in person instead of on the phone.
Lucky: What is it?
Liz: Lucky, you know how I feel about you. You are not just a boyfriend, you are everything to me. You have been my angel, my rock, my body guard, and...my chef at times...but I never really said this to you....
Lucky: Elizabeth.....
Liz: I love you, Lucky. ( tears in her eyes, smiles )
Lucky: ( could not speak for a second ) Oh, Elizabeth, I wanted to be the one to tell you first... ( tears in his eyes ) I love you, Elizabeth. I know you probably know this, but I wanted to tell you....I love you, with everything that I have, everything that I am.
Liz: Lucky....... I will love you till the day I die....and even then, I will still love you...
( they embrace, Lucky puts both hands on Liz's face, kiss her deeply, passionately, the scene fades out with them kissing like that.....)

Lucky and Liz just told each other " I love you ".....
In Liz's room............
( Lucky and Liz are still kissing, without realizing it, they move towards Liz's bed, Liz sits down on the bed, Lucky leans down with her to remain in the kiss, they start going down towards the bed, Lucky's body covers Liz's, he lifts his head, looks at Liz for a moment, touches her face, gets up...)

Lucky: ( turns around, a little breathless ) I should get going. It's late.
Liz: ( with one hand over her heart ) yeah....it's late.....( sits up )
Lucky: ( turns around to face Liz ) I'll see you tomorrow. ( hesitates, goes over to Liz to give her a kiss )
Liz: Ok, um....we are going to the dance tomorrow night, right?
Lucky: Yes...I wouldn't miss the chance to dance with my angel.
Liz: ( smiles ) You can dance with me anytime you want. We don't even need music for that.
Lucky: ( smiles ) I know. So I'll see you tomorrow then.
Liz: All right, good night.
Lucky: Good night... ( opens the window, disappear into the night )
( Liz stares at the window, outside, Lucky stares up at Liz's window, finally turns around leaves )

At the summer dance at the docks...........
( Lucky and Liz come down the stairs holding hands, they see Emily, go over to her )
Lucky: ( gives Emily a hug ) Hey, I didn't expect you to show up here! I thought for certain you'd be in some exotic location doing photo shoots by now!
Emily: Nah, I am going to take a little time and enjoy the summer first. How have you been doing? I haven't seen you forever!
Lucky: Well, you haven't been around to give us much of a chance to see each other!
Emily: ( looks at Liz ) Hey, Lizzie!
Liz: ( smiles ) Hey, Emily! ( they hug )
Emily: So tell me what.......( her eyes stray over to somewhere behind Lucky and Liz ) WHO is THAT?
Liz: ( turns around, sees Nolan coming down the stairs ) Oh, He's here!
Lucky: ( sees Nolan as well ) YOU invited him? Why didn't you say something?
Liz: ( Looks at Lucky apologetically ) I wasn't sure he'd come.....
Emily: ( a little inpatient ) Ok, somebody tell me who he is! Apparently you both know him.
Lucky: I wouldn't go that far.
Liz: His name is Nolan O'Conner. We just met him a few times.
Lucky: Met him? That's a little.....
Liz: ( pinches Lucky, Lucky looks at Liz ) He's new in town, so I told him he should come to the dance and meet some people.
Emily: So introduce me.
Liz: Ok....( turns around, sees that Nolan is coming over, she waves at him )
Nolan: Hi, Elizabeth. ( looks over to Lucky ) Lucky.
Emily: ( smiles ) HI.
Liz: OH, um, this is Emily. Emily, this is Nolan.
Emily: Nice to meet you, Nolan.
Nolan: ( smiles ) The pleasure is all mine. Emily.
Liz: Um, if you would excuse me, I think I want to dance now. Emily, show Nolan around, will you?
Emily: Of course.
( Liz pulls Lucky away to dance, Emily and Nolan start to talk, Lucky and Liz peek at them once awhile )
Lucky: ( eyeing Nolan and Emily ) I hope you are not trying to set Emily up with that creep.
Liz: Lucky, weren't you just there? I don't have to set them up, Emily is doing that herself.( Look over to Emily and Nolan ) You know, I thought she liked Nikolas. Maybe I was wrong.
Lucky: ( stares at Liz ) Nikolas? Where did you come up with that one??
Liz: Lucky, girls know these things. We...see them in a way you guys just don't see it.
Lucky: ( grins ) Oh, the all powerful sixth sense.... I wouldn't dare argue with that one!
Liz: ( laughs ) That's very wise of you, cowboy.
Lucky: ( grins ) Hey, I am definitely not dumb. ( Kiss her ) I am in love with you aren't I?
Liz: Well, since you put it that way.....I guess I could say I am pretty smart too. ( smiles )
( Emily and Nolan stand by the refreshment table and talk, Nolan look over to Liz and Lucky several times.)
Emily: So, you just came to Port Charles because that's where your finger landed when you point at the map without looking? WOW! I've never met anyone who has done that!
Nolan: ( smiles a little ) Well, now you have.
Emily: SO, um, how long are you going to be here?
Nolan: ( look over to Liz and Lucky again ) I ....haven't decided on that yet.
Emily: ( finally notices what Nolan is looking at ) Why are you looking at them like that?
Nolan: ( turns to look at Emily ) Oh, I am sorry....I just....I just think they look really good together.
Emily: ( looks at Lucky and Liz ) yeah...they do don't they? ( looks back at Nolan )
I've known Lucky for many years now, and I have never seen him like this before. It's funny, I always thought maybe we'd end up together when we grow up...but, that has certainly changed.
Nolan: Are you still....I mean...
Emily: What? OH, NO! We are friends, and that's perfectly fine with me. I have grown up a lot since then.
Nolan: ( Looks back at Lucky and Liz ) That's good.
Emily: Yeah .....um...would you like to dance?
Nolan: ( startled ) Oh, um....I am sorry, I should have thought of asking you. Of course, I would love to.
( Emily and Nolan start to dance, Lucky and Liz haven't been paying attention to Emily and Nolan for a while, they indulge themselves in dancing in each other's arms, Nolan and Emily dance over closer to Lucky and Liz, they see one another, Liz smiles at Emily and Nolan. )
Liz: I am glad to see you are having fun!
Nolan: ( smiles ) Well, thanks for your invitation.....
Emily: ( smiles ) Yeah, thanks for inviting him!
Lucky: ( looks at Emily ) What, You too?
Liz: Lucky!
Nolan: It's all right, given the circumstances, I would have the same reaction, too.
Liz: Still......
Nolan: ( stops dancing ) No, really, it's all right. I should be going anyway, thanks again for inviting me, and....( looks at Emily ) thank you for the dance, and the company earlier, see you around. ( turns, leaves )
Liz: ( looks at Nolan as he leaves, stops dancing, looks at Lucky ) I can't believe you did that!
Lucky: Elizabeth, I didn't......
Emily: Lucky, what's going on? What has he done that made you dislike him so much?
Liz: ( starts to leave ) I need to go talk to him.
Lucky: ( grabs Liz's hand ) Elizabeth, you are not going after him!
Liz: Lucky, I promised to be his friend. I can't let him go like that. I am sorry that you don't think he's worth our friendship, but I do. Please, you don't have to worry, I will be ok.
Lucky: I can't let you go after him by yourself! Where would you find him?
Liz: ( thinks for a moment ) I don't know...but I will find him.
Lucky: ( groans ) This is just crazy! If you have to find him, let me come with you. I promise this time I won't say anything true to my feeling.
Liz: ( laughs ) Oh, Lucky, only you can do this!
Lucky: What?
Liz: Makes me laugh when I am still mad at you!
Lucky: Well, it's a Spencer gift. We are born with it.
Liz: ( smiles ) I think you have a lot of other gifts.....but we don't have time to get into that right now. We've got a guy to find, and we have no idea where he would be!
Emily: ( watches as Lucky and Liz leave ) Well, I don't suppose you guys are going to tell me what's going on.....)

In front of the box car............
Lucky: Well, we've looked everywhere, we should just go home. We'll see him again. Probably sooner than I'd like.
Liz: Lucky, we have to find him.
( a voice comes from the box car, Lucky and Liz look at each other, go into the car, they find Nolan on the floor bleeding, half conscious, Nolan opens his mouth trying to say somthing but nothing audible comes out...)
Liz: Oh, my god! Lucky, he's been hit on the head!
Lucky: ( checking Nolan's pulse ) He's ok, but we have to get him to a hospital.
Man's voice from behind them: I don't think so.
( Lucky and Liz both turn around, a man in a dark suit with a gun pointing at them, Lucky pushes Liz behind him.........)

Recap: Lucky and Liz went to look for Nolan after he left the PC summer dance while Emily was left not knowing what's going on. Lucky and Liz found Nolan half-conscious in the box car, and found themselves at gun point....

Spoon island, about 10:30 at night.....
( Nikolas reading , phone rings, he answers...)
Nik: Oh, hi, Emily. How are you doing? Yeah, sure, what's that? Nolan? No, I don't think I know him. Lucky knows him? Well, Lucky and I are aren't exactly buddies. What? Why don't you call the Spencer house....You did? All right, I will keep an eye out. I am sure they are ok though. All right. Bye! ( Hangs up the phone, picks it up again,punches in numbers ) HI! Laura, it's me. Did you just talk to Emily? Yeah, she called me. I told her I am sure they are ok. Did she say something about a guy named Nolan? Yeah. Lucky told you about him? Sounds like he is not really crazy about this guy....Tell you what, I am gonna go out for a walk, I will look for them. Yeah, no problem. Ok, bye.

In a huge luxury house somewhere............
( Lucky , Liz, and Nolan in a room on a bed, they just start to wake up.....)
Lucky:( rubs his head ) Oh, damn.....my head.....( looks over to Liz) Elizabeth! Elizabeth! Are you all right?
Liz: ( disoriented ) yeah....I think so. ( Looks around ) Where are we?
Nolan: One of old man Mitchell's many mansions....most likely.
Lucky: ( notices Nolan just now ) YOU!! This is all thanks to you isn't it!
Liz: Lucky, stop...Nolan, how is your head? You know where we are? Do you know what happened?
Nolan: I am all right.....sorry you guys are dragged into this...they want revenge on me, just me, I swear I 'll make sure they don't hurt either of you...
Lucky: ( lifts his brows ) You really think you are in a position to bargain with them?
Liz: Do you know these people? The two guys that put the handkerchiefs on our face and made us pass out? Who do they work for?
Nolan: I know.........
( the door opens, two men in dark suits with guns and a woman walks in to the room )
Woman: ( with a smirk, looks at Nolan ) Well, well, long time no see.....Nolan. ( turns to stare at Liz ) they weren't lying......
Nolan: Sophia.....I should have known it's you.....let them go. They have nothing to do with this. DO what you want with me, but let them go.
Lucky: I can speak for myself, thank you very much! ( looks at Sophia ) Who are you? Why have you taken us here?
Sophia: We got a live one here, haven't we? I am sorry to tell you that you two were just at the wrong place at the wrong time! Why were you looking for Nolan?
Liz:We are his friends....obviously something that you are not.
Sophia: ( stares at Liz for a moment ) You are his friends? Well, then I probably saved you. He is just going to kill you just like he killed my sister!!
Nolan: Sophia! Let them go! They have nothing to do with this!!
Liz: ( realizes something ) You....your sister? You are Sabrina's sister?
Sophia: That's right! I see he has told you about her....did he used her to get your sympathy? He killed Sabrina! That's all there is to it! And he is going to pay for it!
Liz: It's an accident, it's not his fault.
Sophia: It's his motorcycle! He was driving! It's his fault!
Nolan: Yes, it's my fault, so LET THEM GO!
Lucky: Just exactly what do you plan on doing to the three of us? ( gives Nolan a look )
Sophia: First I am going to let my father know that I have the killer on my hand, I am gonna make sure he sees you( looks at Nolan ) suffer!! ( turns to look at Lucky and Liz )
I haven't decided on the two of you.....but I'll think of something! ( turns around, walks out of the room with the two men )
Lucky: Well, that was quite a bargain you made just now.
Nolan: ( Looks at Lucky ) I will make sure you are not hurt. I know Sophia, she doesn't have the guts to hurt you when she knows very well that you had nothing to do with this.
Liz: At least they didn't cuff us. We have to think of something to get out of here.
Nolan: They didn't need to cuff us. There are probably cameras watching our every move.
Lucky: ( tilts his head, listens for something ) What is that sound? Is it raining outside?
Liz: ( listens ) It sounds like it could be rain....but it sounds a little different....
Nolan: Those two men are Sophia's body guard, I am pretty sure they are the only ones here other then Sophia. She wouldn't have too many people inon this if she was keeping it a secret from her father.
Lucky: You mind telling us who her father is? It's certainly no ordinary papa.
Nolan: His name is Steven Mitchell. He is an internationally known business man, I am not sure exactly what kind of business he does, but as far as I know, he's legit. He adored Sabrina......
Lucky: Well, legitimate or not, his other daughter is about to do something very very illegal, whatever it is she had in mind. If what you said is true, that there are only two men here with her, we need to take care of those two men first.
Nolan: We don't even know if they are going to come in and check on us. If they have cameras on us, they won't need to.
Liz: They will if I need to use the bathroom.
Lucky: ( smiles at Liz ) Well, not bad, not bad at all.
Nolan: ( thinks for a second ) That could get them in here----they won't come in alone because there are three of us...but we still have to get to the guns before they blow us to kingdom come.
Lucky: Well, we would have to take our chances, wouldn't we? They wouldn't be looking at the monitor if there are cameras when they are right at our door....We just have to act fast.
Liz: What about Sophia? What if she has a gun too?
Nolan: She doesn't know how to use a gun. I know that for sure.
Lucky: Well, then. Even if she does have a gun, we have to take the chance. Elizabeth, you stay out of the way no matter what, you run as fast as you can, you hear me?
Liz: Lucky, if you are asking me to leave you here, you better think again. We came together, we leave together.
Lucky: Elizabeth, if we are all trapped in here, noone is going to know where we are,and no one is coming to help us if our plan didn't work!
Liz: I am not leaving you, and that's that. End of discussion!
( sound at the door as if someone is unlocking the door, Lucky, Liz and Nolan move quickly toward the door, the door starts to open when they get there........)

At the Spancer house..............
Laura: Are you sure about that? You think this guy has Lucky and Liz and Nolan?
Nik: I am sure of it. The limo that was seen around the box car was registered to Steven Mitchell, I already had the family investigator checked on that. And the ring I found in the box car belonged to Liz, and I checked on this Nolan guy, his girlfriend was Mitchell's younger daughter, she died in an accident 3 months ago. Mitchell must have been looking for Nolan, Lucky and Liz must have shown up at the same time and got taken by them.
Laura: I have to call Luke and let him know what happened, I just wish I know where he would be right now!
Nik: Why don't you go ahead and try to find Luke, I am gonna go ahead and go find Mitchell.
Laura: It's not safe for you to go by yourself if your guess is right!
Nik: Don't worry, I will be careful.
Laura: Nikolas............
Nik: MOM, Spancers are not the only ones trained to face danger. I am a Cassidine. I will be fine.
( Nikolas walks out of the door, Laura stares after him murmuring "mom....he said mom..." )

At the house where Lucky. Liz and Nolan are.......
( the door opens, two men walks in, Lucky and Nolan come out from behind each side of the door, give the two men each a blow on the head, take their guns, tie them up with bedsheets and curtain ties, the three of them step out of the door , make their way towards the front door )
Sophia: ( runs in from other side of the hall way ) Where do you think you are going!
Lucky: ( looks at Sophia calmly ) Home, of course, Miss Sophia.
Nolan: Sophia, you are not going to be able to hold us here any more. Just let it go.
Sophia: ( starts to cry ) NO! Never! You killed Her! You killed her! And now all dad could do was grieve for her, he doesn't even know I exist any more!! I have to make you pay for it! Or dad would never come out form it!! He'll never know I exist!
Liz: ( goes over to hug Sophia ) Sophia....please, this is not the way to get your father's attention.....you have to let us go.....
Sophia: Why! Why did it have to be her! Why couldn't have it been me? He would never even remember that I was gone!! ( cries on Liz's shoulder )
Nolan: Sophia.....I am really sorry....and I do hold myself responsible.....but you have to know that your father doesn't love you any less then Sabrina....
Liz: Sophia....let us go, and talk to your father......
Sophia: You won't be able to get out of here even if I let you. You can't call anybody from here because I had the phone lines cut off before I brought you here. And the helicopter won't be back for another 3 days.
Lucky: ( starts toward the door ) Well, we just want to get out of this house, then we'll find our way.....( opens the door, wind blows in his face ) What the........( outside of the door, a desert in front of him ) that's what it was! Now I know why I thought the sound familiar! That wasn't rain! That was sandstorm! ( turns around, looks at Sophia )
Sophia: That's right, we are in the middle of a desert.
